Who we are
Poople Answer is the independent website responsible for the practices described here. This policy applies to Poople Answer at poopleanswer.cc and www.poopleanswer.cc. We provide daily puzzle hints, solution guides, archives, and a word ladder solver. For privacy questions or requests, email support@poopleanswer.cc.
Puzzle inputs and browser features
Starting words, excluded words, and archive search text are processed in your browser. Submitting the solver form does not send those inputs to our server; the browser downloads a word list to calculate the route locally. The site does not currently save these inputs in cookies or browser storage.
A solver link can include a starting word in its URL, such as /solver/?word=tips. That URL is part of the page request and may appear in hosting logs. Avoid placing personal or sensitive information in URLs or puzzle fields. When you click Copy solution, the site writes the selected answer to your clipboard; it does not read your clipboard.
Your light or dark theme preference is saved on this device in localStorage under poople-theme. It is not transmitted to us. Clear website storage to reset it; if storage is blocked, theme switching still works for the current page.
Hosting, security, and technical data
We use Cloudflare to host and deliver this site, manage DNS, and protect traffic. Cloudflare processes request information that may include your IP address, requested URL, browser information, timestamps, and response or error details. We use available operational logs and traffic statistics to investigate errors, prevent abuse, and keep the site working. Worker logging is enabled.
Hosting data is subject to the applicable Cloudflare service configuration and retention limits. We do not maintain a separate visitor profile database. Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical data may be processed outside your country. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
Cookies, advertising, and analytics
Our application does not currently set tracking cookies, run advertising scripts, or use a separate marketing analytics service. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies when its protection features require them. These are separate from advertising tracking. More information is available in Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. Your browser lets you manage cookies; blocking security cookies may affect security checks.
Email you send us
If you contact support@poopleanswer.cc, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and handle your request. Please send only information relevant to the issue. Correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request and maintain necessary support records.
Sharing and your choices
We do not sell personal information. Technical information is processed by our hosting and security provider to operate the site. Support messages are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google process the email data needed to deliver and handle those messages. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
You can contact support@poopleanswer.cc to ask about information you supplied or request correction or deletion. We will consider the request and any applicable retention obligations. Because puzzle inputs are not stored by our application, we cannot retrieve a history of your local solver searches.
Other websites and policy updates
Links to the official game, data sources, or other websites lead to services governed by their own policies. If our data practices change, we will update this page and its revision date.
